JOB SUMMARY:
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial statements to our clients, ensuring they have the critical information needed to make informed decisions. In addition to preparing financials, you’ll review reports for accuracy, provide insightful feedback, and mentor fellow accountants to support their growth and maintain high-quality standards across the team.
What you'll do:
- Provide a high level of support to a variety of clients across multiple franchise brands
- Prepare and review accurate monthly financial statements in a timely manner
- Communicate directly with business owners to address operational and financial matters
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in financial statement preparation and delivery
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 5-8 years of experience in public accounting or inventory accounting
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks, supporting accurate financial management and streamlined reporting processes
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships across a diverse client portfolio
- Highly organized and adaptable, with a proven track record of meeting recurring client deadlineS
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
NOTE: This is largely a sedentary role; however may require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
